Inventory Specialist

About the Role

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining approximately $25 million worth of inventory and coordinating asset movement between 150 facilities in Northeast Ohio. A person in this role must be able to communicate effectively with nearly 40 sales representatives on the processes for ordering, returning, and billing inventory. In addition, he/she must become an expert on the inventory management tools and systems. In order to be successful, a person in this role must be able to multi-task and learn quickly. The Inventory Specialist will report directly to the Business Operations Manager and work in our Hudson, Ohio office. This position cannot be performed remotely.

What you'll need...
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business-related degree preferred)
  • Minimum one year of experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP preferred

Orthopedic Sales Representative

About the Role

The Orthopedic Sales Representative will be primarily responsible for establishing, building, and maintaining customer relations through constant communication and in-person appointments. A person in this role will spend most days in the operating room and must have the ability to communicate with a sophisticated audience of surgeons and support staff regarding the use of Arthrex implants and instruments to meet and exceed sales objectives for the assigned territory. Additionally, the Orthopedic Sales Representative is responsible for sustaining expert knowledge of our market-leading product portfolio and remaining current on industry trends. The ultimate goal of this position is to become a Certified Technology Consultant.

What you'll need...
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Only candidates with 2+ years of demonstrated sales experience in competitive B2B or orthopedics will be considered.
  • Experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer, PA, or RN is also acceptable.
  • Must be comfortable in surgery/operating room environments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to relate to customers within the orthopedic/sports medicine market.

Clinical Specialist

About the Role

Our Clinical Specialists are trained through a comprehensive medical education program involving anatomy, biomechanics, surgical techniques, intraoperative problem solving, product design and surgical outcome data collection. Although the Clinical Specialist is not in a sales role, this position is specifically responsible for maintaining expert knowledge of the Arthrex product line and clinical procedures. A person in this role consults surgeons in the operating room regarding the use of our implants and instruments while attending multiple operations daily.

Many team members in this role are experienced, certified athletic trainers who can utilize their sports medicine education to assist surgeons in the operating room on familiar procedures like ACL, Rotator Cuff, and Labrum repairs.  This role is ideal for someone who loves to teach – both in the operating room and in the lab.

What you'll need...
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the Bio-Medical Sciences, Athletic Training, or related field.
  • Clinical background of 2+ years preferred.
  • Experience as an Orthopedic PA or RN also acceptable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to react and adjust quickly to change, and come up with practical ideas for problem-solving.
